I have had this game for about a month now, but I already love it. Set in an alternate Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, you must fight bandits, factions, mutants, the military, and deadly "anomolies" to survive the horrors that the game throws at you.
My Experience with the Game
I have played the game for about 25 hours, and so far I absolutley love it. You can choose for the game to be linear, or go off on your own! I chose the latter because I enjoy doing things my way in games. You can take up missions by a trader named Sidorvich, who will pay you for completing them. But you could also take a mission by so many other people who live in "The Zone" and get rewards from them. There are deadly mutants in the zone, deadly people, deadly radiation, and deadly phisic-defiying things called anomolies. There are plenty of weapons, mostly old Soviet Weapons, but also heavier western weapons that you can have fun with. There are also factions in the zone that you can align yourself with, or fight. There are also multiple endings of the game from what I hear, but I haven't finished it yet so I can't confirm.
